- Content on the Websites and Applications includes, without limitation, text, images, musical and audiovisual works, designs, logos, layouts, technologies, trademarks, domains, applications, interfaces and digital environments with all their elements (verbal, graphical and audio design). It is the exclusive property of its respective rights holder, namely Media Land and/or its partners, clients or Users who voluntarily publish it. Accordingly, the User undertakes not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, export or sell protected information.
- By publishing/submitting materials protected by intellectual property rights, the User:

- All provisions of these Terms and Conditions referring to a “Website”, “Websites”, “services”, “account”, “content”, “user content”, “access” or “use” apply correspondingly to Applications and Services, insofar as the nature of the specific feature does not require otherwise.
- By downloading, installing, accessing or using an Application, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use the Application solely for personal and lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, applicable law and the rules of the relevant App Store.
- The User may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, extract source code, circumvent technical restrictions, remove protections, create derivative products, rent, sell, assign or distribute the Application or any part thereof, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.
- Applications may require certain permissions on the User's Device, including, without limitation, access to the Internet, notifications, camera, microphone, photos, files, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, local storage or other features. Such permissions are used only where necessary to provide, protect, improve, personalize or analyze the Services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Device settings.
- The User may manage or withdraw permissions through the operating system, Device, browser or Application settings. Restricting or refusing certain permissions may prevent the use of some Application or Service features.
- Applications may send push notifications, system messages, activity, security, account or content notifications, updates about changes to the Services, technical support messages, marketing messages or other notices, where applicable and permitted. The User may manage push notifications through the Device or Application settings, to the extent supported by the relevant operating system.

Deleting the Application, clearing its cache or changing Device settings may result in the loss of some locally stored information or settings.
- Media Land OOD may release updates, patches, new versions and changes to the design, functionality, security or content of Applications. Some updates may be required for continued use. The Provider is not liable if the User cannot use an Application due to refusal, delay or inability to install a necessary update.
- The Provider does not guarantee that the Websites or Applications will be compatible with every Device, operating system, operating-system version, browser, hardware configuration, network or software environment. The Provider is not liable for problems arising from outdated software, modified Devices, root/jailbreak, incompatible settings, manufacturer or operator restrictions, lack of Internet connectivity or actions of third parties.
- The Provider may at any time suspend, restrict, modify, discontinue, remove from an App Store or replace an Application or any of its features, including for technical, commercial, legal, regulatory, security, store-compliance or other objective reasons.
- Where an Application is distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another App Store, the User undertakes to comply with the applicable rules, terms and licensing requirements of that App Store, including rules governing Devices, accounts, payments, subscriptions, refunds, content and acceptable conduct.
- If the Application is downloaded from the Apple App Store, the User acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions are entered into between the User and Media Land OOD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Application, its content, maintenance, warranties, claims, customer support, regulatory matters, intellectual property rights or damages related to its use. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the provisions applicable to the Application and, upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, Apple may enforce them to the extent applicable.
- If the Application is downloaded from Google Play, the User acknowledges that Google is not a party to these Terms and Conditions and is not responsible for the Application, its content, maintenance or claims related to it, except as expressly provided in the applicable Google Play terms or mandatory law.
- Where paid services, subscriptions, in-app purchases, virtual products, feature unlocks or other digital content are offered through a Website or Application, the terms, price, duration, renewal, termination and payment method are specified in the relevant Service, payment page or App Store. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payments, billing, renewals and refunds are also governed by the relevant App Store's rules.
- The Provider does not store bank card details or other payment-instrument information when payment is processed by an App Store, payment operator or other third-party provider. Information received by the Provider may include only the data necessary to confirm payment or to activate, maintain or terminate the relevant paid feature.
- Refunds for purchases made through an App Store are requested and processed under the rules of that App Store, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Media Land OOD may assist within its technical capabilities but does not unilaterally control Apple, Google or another payment intermediary's decisions on refund procedures.
- Applications may use third-party services, SDKs, libraries, APIs, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, fraud prevention, attribution, authentication, cloud hosting, payment processing or other tools. They are used to provide, protect, measure, improve, personalize or monetize the Services and are further governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable third-party rules.
- The Provider is not liable for inability to access, delays, errors, loss of functionality, incompatibility, interruption, restriction, removal or changes to an Application caused by an act or omission of Apple, Google, another App Store, Device manufacturer, operator, Internet provider, payment intermediary, SDK/API provider or other third party.
- The User is responsible for the security of the Device used to access the Services, including locking the Device, protecting their account, updating the operating system, preventing unauthorized access and preventing third parties from using their account.
Personal Data
- Before using the Services, please read our Personal Data Privacy Policy available at https://medialand.bg/privacy.
- The User agrees that, when providing the Services, Media Land may process their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User:
- confirms that they have been informed of their rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions;
- confirms that they voluntarily provide their personal data and any other information submitted in connection with the use of the Services;
- gives their freely given, informed and unambiguous consent for the Provider to collect and process, including to disclose to the third parties specified in the Privacy Policy, the User's personal data and any other information provided by the User, in accordance with applicable Bulgarian legislation and the conditions and purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
- A Website or Application may contain references or links to websites maintained by third parties whose data-processing activities the Provider does not control. Users are advised that clicking such a link redirects them to third-party websites. The Provider has no control over these websites or persons and cannot assume responsibility for their methods of processing visitors' personal data or the related safeguards and procedures. Before using content or services provided through such third-party websites, Users should review their privacy terms and other rules and procedures concerning personal data and other personal rights. The Provider is not liable for damage or lost profits suffered by Users as a result of accessing or using such websites, including where their personal-data rights are infringed.
Additional Provisions
- All matters concerning access and Services not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable Bulgarian legislation.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable to any extent, it shall be replaced by the applicable mandatory legal provisions, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
- Any disputes between the Provider and the User concerning the validity, performance, interpretation or termination of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably through negotiations, consultations and mutually beneficial agreements, or, failing that, by the competent court. Bulgarian shall be the applicable language in such disputes.
- In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and mandatory rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play or another App Store applicable to a particular Application, those mandatory rules shall apply only to the extent necessary for that Application, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
